Peer-review Process
Every submitted manuscript proceeds through a rigorous review process. After receiving a submission, the editorial team assesses it to determine whether it corresponds with the aims and scope of the journal and meets the formal requirements. If the editors approve the manuscript, they send it to at least two external reviewers to evaluate it on a double-blind basis. In some cases, the editorial team may request a third review before making a final decision on publication.
The members of the periodical reviewer’s bank are committed to objective and fair double-blind peer reviews of submitted manuscripts. The manuscripts that pass the review process are accepted for publication. On this issue, the authors receive an official letter. All the manuscripts, submitted for publication, undergo reviewing and approval by the Editorial Board. a) The manuscript undergoes initial review and verification for compliance with the topics of the periodical and the formal requirements. b) If the article does not comply with the subject matter of the periodical, it is excluded from revision, and the author is notified about it. c) The reviewer is assigned by the Editorial Board (internal review) or the manuscript is submitted for evaluation to an independent expert (peer review). d) The review process is anonymous for both the reviewer and the author. e) After reviewing the manuscript, it may be: - Rejected and returned to the author for revision. - Accepted for publication.
